N-Zymarase® Inflam is a unique enzyme complex with a special area of application. N-Zymarase® Inflam is characterized by its enteric-coated capsules, which protect the enzymes from premature breakdown in the acidic environment of the stomach. The special capsule technology allows the enzymes to pass through the stomach undamaged and only develop in the alkaline environment of the small intestine. This increases the bioavailability of the enzymes.

Tolerase® G from DSM can support consumers who already follow a gluten-free diet with their lifestyle and can provide additional safety and help in breaking down residual gluten amounts. Gluten intolerance is a health disorder in which the body reacts negatively to gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. N-Zymarase carbohydrates contain a mixture of bioactive B vitamins, the trace elements chromium and zinc, plant extracts and enzymes.
 
The enzymes contained are glucoamylase, cellulase and invertase. Glucoamylase, cellulase and invertase all play specific roles in the breakdown of carbohydrates, be it starch, cellulose or sucrose.
 
Bromelain is an enzyme obtained from pineapple (Ananas comosus), specifically the stem and fruit of the pineapple. It is a mixture of various proteolytic enzymes, mainly proteases, that can break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. Bitter melon extract is known for its bioactive compounds, including bitters, polysaccharides and flavonoids, while coriander is rich in various nutrients, including vitamins and minerals.
 
The mixture is ideally rounded off with the trace elements chrome and zinc. Chromium contributes not only has a positive impact on normal blood sugar levels , but also to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Zinc also contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. In addition, zinc plays a role in normal carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism as well as normal protein synthesis.
