GaSta Aktiv combines water-soluble as well as water-insoluble dietary fibre and roughage with various active vitamins and organically bound bulk and trace elements. In addition to promoting the feeling of satiety, the enrichment of the dietary fibres in the intestine helps to improve peristalsis and carbohydrate digestion.
Fibregumâ„¢ is a natural, GMO-free soluble dietary fibre made from carefully selected acacia gum. This acacia gum is extracted from the trunks and branches of the acacia tree.
Fibregumâ„¢ is an indigestible polysaccharide that is purified only by physical methods and not by chemical processes or enzymatic modifications.
The fermentation of common dietary fibres in the gut can lead to gastrointestinal problems. Clinical studies on humans have shown that Fibregumâ„¢ has a very great tolerance

Recommended Consumption
Recommended Intake: Place 1/3 measuring spoon 3 times a day 30 minutes after eating (one measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 19 g) into an empty glass, fill with 300 ml lukewarm water and apple juice (optimal ratio: ⅔ water, ⅓ apple juice), mix well or whisk and leave to swell for at least 5 minutes.
Caution: There is a risk of suffocation for consumers with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake. Does not contain gluten.
