OrgaMin contains a comprehensive spectrum of the 13 essential, organically bound minerals and trace elements. Since there is no unfavourable interaction with acidic stomach digestion, good absorption is guaranteed.
Acid-base balance, along with vitamin and mineral balance, is an essential basic requirement for optimal metabolism in the body. Vegetables, fruits, herbs, sprouts, some nuts (almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts and pistachios) as well as high-quality oil (linseed, olive or rapeseed oil) provide valuable organic minerals, such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, but little sodium. OrgaMin is based on this model. It contains minerals based on organic citrates with little sodium and plenty of magnesium.
Citrates are a natural component of our cells and can be absorbed and metabolised very well by the body. According to the German Nutrition Society acidosis of the body can result from high amounts of “civilisation food” such as proteins, sugar, coffee and white flour and lead to fatigue, lack of energy and digestive problems. Many different diseases such as gout, allergies, muscle and joint complaints, osteoporosis, nervousness, changes in the skin, increased sensitivity to pain etc. are also associated with a disturbed acid-base balance. The better the acid-base ratios of the organism, the better all metabolic processes run.

Recommended Intake: Take 5 capsules twice daily. It is optimal to consume it at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
Tip: If taking zinc on an empty stomach causes nausea, we recommend taking it with a meal.
