OstaDyn contains a comprehensive spectrum of organically bound minerals, high-dose vitamins and eggshell membrane (EggNovo OVOMET®) to preserve and rebuild bones, teeth and nails.
Bone remodeling is a continuous process. Here, the bone tissue is broken down by osteoclasts and regenerated by osteoblasts at the same or another location. In the case of osteoporosis, this process is disturbed and thus creates an imbalance. In old age, cell degradation by osteoclasts predominates and leads to a decline in bone structure. As a result, the bones become porous and lose stability. Broken bones and an increased risk of injury are the consequences.
The nutrients (vitamins and trace/major elements) calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, vitamin K and D3 enable optimal absorption and the incorporation of highly available calcium and phosphorus into the bone structure.

Recommended Consumption
7 capsules once a day or alternatively 4 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules at noon. Consumption at least 15 minutes after a meal with 250 ml non-carbonated lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of NORSAN oil to increase bioavailability is optimal.
